Sales Representative
ABS Inc. A business-class technology support company located in Colorado Springs CO, is searching for a team member who is compatible with our commitment to responsive service, reliable support and honest business. We provide computer and network design and support, custom programming, and hosted email and backup solutions. This position will be responsible for inside and outside sales in the Colorado Springs CO metropolitan area.


Sales Representative Requirements Include:

• One year outside sales experience in service industry, with documented success rates
• Positive, sales-oriented personality
• Able to work independently, but within a team environment
• Goal oriented, self-motivated individual who is confident, competitive, thorough, and tenacious
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to schedule work in a manner to accommodate customer requirements and meet corporate goals
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, work unsupervised, and maintain a professional attitude and work ethic
• Able to work flexible schedules, depending upon sales and networking opportunities

Pluses:

• Above-average knowledge of small business technology requirements and processes
• Experience with Department of Defense contracts
• College work in business, liberal arts, or computer science disciplines
• Experience supporting technology in the small business environment
• Design and implementation of marketing programs using multiple distribution methods

Responsibilities:

• Develop a comprehensive sales plan to ensure broad penetration of local market with ABS products and services
• Seek out key stakeholders and work across customer organizations to identify opportunities, upsell, and close deals
• Understand customer requirements and product capabilities on a business and technical level to effectively communicate the unique benefits of ABS support services and appropriately set expectations
• Develop and deliver custom presentations on ABS Support solutions
• Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets

Relocation and sponsorships will not be considered for this position. Base salary range is $32K-$37K per annum, DOE. Network Technician Position
ABS Inc. A Business Class Technology Support Company located in Colorado Springs, is currently experiencing rapid growth in Network Management/Software Development Services and is searching for a PT-FT team member who is compatible with our commitment to responsive service, reliable support and honest business.


Network Technician Minimum Requirements Include:

• CompTIA certification (A+, Network+) or demonstrated equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years experience with client/server environments
• Proficient in Microsoft server and client operating systems
• Working knowledge of and experience with server and PC hardware configurations and troubleshooting procedures
• Experience with network design and Category 5/6 cable installation
• Familiarity with WAN principles, router/bridge operations and configurations
• Excellent communication and customer relations skills
• Ability to schedule work in a manner to accommodate customer requirements and meet corporate goals
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, work unsupervised, and maintain a professional attitude and work ethic
• Able to work flexible hours, depending upon customer service requests
• Desire to continue education for emerging technologies

Pluses

• MCSE certification or completion of 50% of required work for certification
• Experience in Novell, Unix, Linux, Apple environments
• Experience with website, database programming (i.e., Cold Fusion, ASP, Access/SQL, VB, PHP, MySQL)
• College work in business or computer science disciplines
• Experience supporting technology in the small business environment
